Gift or Guilt

The story of government officials and citizens who find themselves in various situations.
During these times, there are often "gifts" offered in the course of their duties. Sometimes these gifts are inappropriate, sometimes they are acceptable.
If you are the recipient, you can choose to "Accept or Refuse" (the gift), and if you are the giver, you can choose to "Offer or Not Offer" (the gift). Regardless of the choice made, ultimately, the intention must be examined.
