Peak Oil Profiteer

There is this Country. Well, country-like Region. Whatever. It has Oil, lots of it. You, representing a benevolent Oil Corporation, want to help the poor country selling this oil for a profit. Call it development aid or something like that.

However, it is not entirely clear who actually rules this country, the so-called “Government”, the “National Liberation Front” or the noble “Guerillas”. To make sure the playing field remains level and democratic, you also sell Weapons to each of these Factions.

Unfortunately, these poor, underdeveloped people are easily corrupted by power, money, power and money.
