How is Legion Bears played?

Legion Bears is a card game for two players from By the Stream Games, where two teams of bears compete for control of the field. The winner is the first player to empty their opponent's Commander Pile.

On your turn, you can move one of your bears or bring a new member into your team. The bears quickly move closer to each other, and every new position can affect how the game develops.

When two bears meet, a Bear Fight begins. Here, both the bears' strength and the direction of the encounter matter. The weaker bear leaves the field, while bears of equal strength are both discarded. Several encounters can happen at the same time, so a single move can change the situation in several places at once.

Victory does not depend only on having the strongest bears. You need to make good use of your whole team and choose the right positions. A well-placed bear can sometimes be more valuable than several stronger ones, while an unexpected encounter can completely change the course of the game.
