Leave no stone unturned! Nine mystical tiles lie before you in a grid of rocky ruins. Rearrange the tiles to match one or more of the patterns in your hand. The catch is that you must sacrifice a card every time you swap or flip a tile. Carve out the most points in Shifting Stones, and your victory will be set in stone!

On your turn, you can do any of the following actions (as long as you have enough cards to pay for them):

• Shift stones (swap the positions of two stones)
• Flip stones (turn a stone to its opposite side that contains a different pattern)
• Score a card (reveal a pattern card from your hand that matches the current layout)
• Skip your turn (draw 2 additional cards for your next turn)

When you end your turn, draw back up to 4 cards.

The central tension in the game comes from figuring out when to execute your best set of moves. Do you have enough cards to pull off all your scoring in one turn, or has the grid moved too far from where you needed it?
