Viticulture Essential Edition is a worker placement game about winemaking in rural Italy. It’s essentially the good old Viticulture but with some of the modules from Tuscany added for more diverse experience.

As an owner of a meager vineyard, you will start with a few plots of land, an old crushpad, a tiny cellar, and three workers. Through a series of seasons and years you will be allocating workers to expand your vineyard, build structures, plant vines, make wines, and fulfil orders. Will you become the first to call your winery a true success?

Viticulture Essential Edition includes the following expansions from Tuscany: 36 Mama & Papa cards, Field cards (previously known as "Properties"), expanded/revised Visitors, and 24 Automa cards (solo variant), along with a couple of minor rule changes.
