What is Zwergendorf?
Zwergendorf is a game by Rita Modl about creating your own dwarven settlement. Each player gets a small forest clearing where buildings, residents, and other elements of the future village gradually appear. The game is designed for 2-4 players aged 10 and up, with a playtime of around 40 minutes.
Zwergendorf may appeal to experienced family gamers as well as players who enjoy smaller strategy games with a clear theme. You do not have to manage a huge kingdom here. The focus is on a small piece of land where every decision affects how the settlement develops.
The game is published by Skellig Games, also known for titles such as Weimar: The Fight for Democracy, Sagani, and Prestige.
In Zwergendorf, resources gradually become new opportunities for construction. Gold brings new dwarves to the settlement, wood helps develop mines, stone is used for walls, and combining different resources allows you to create larger structures. Space is limited, so you need to think ahead about future buildings.

How Will Your Dwarven Village Develop?
In Zwergendorf, the empty clearing gradually changes as mines, forges, taverns, and other parts of the settlement appear. Each player decides how to use the available space and which buildings will form the foundation of their village.
Dwarven tasks add additional goals to consider as construction continues. Some decisions can help you develop the settlement faster, while others allow you to make better use of the resources you have. As a result, even a small piece of land can lead to very different paths of development.
The main objective remains simple: use your available resources wisely and try to earn as many points as possible before the space on your clearing runs out.

The dwarves are ready to get to work. Now it is up to you to decide what will appear on the clearing first and see what your Zwergendorf will become on Tabletopia.
